Foot-Loose!!

My own travel(B)LOGue! - at last.

Blame Venkitesh Hariharan alias Venki, one of my venerable super-duper seniors who started a Yahoo! group for the MCA alumni from REC and later torturing us with his travelogues he sent to the group. I even suspect he created the group to gather an audience ;).

As he roamed around in Great Britain and wrote at length to us, his "weekenders" soon became the only reason I would check the mails from our Y! group for. They are good to read through since Venki has a simple way of explaining things, but sometimes boring because of the shear length of the text. Venki's travelogues were soon followed by the pictures he took as he walked around with his camera. He is good at taking snaps and his write-ups turned more lively.

I felt like I should imitate Venki. To start with text and later follow up with pictures.
